Problem updating

Hello

When I try to update I get this message:

A request for the latest software update has been made. | 2013-03-30 16:48:11
Downloading... You can continue to work during the download. | 2013-03-30 16:48:11
HTTP request #2 returned the following error: Error code 12002: The operation timed out | 2013-03-30 16:51:00
Failed to download software update due to an error. Request ID: 2. | 2013-03-30 16:51:00

Any help?

The request goes to this Web server and obviously you can access the server so it would appear to be a firewall problem on your system.

Try disabling any firewall software you are running on your system, except for the Windows firewall.
