Data issue with stock ticker symbol LSI (Life Storage Inc)

I have tried deleting and re-downloading data on both a historical and intraday chart, but I can't get this chart to display properly. Price jumps from approx $8 to approx $11 in December 2013, and then from approx $11 to approx $98 on August 17, 2015. See attached. According to my other charting package there were no splits during this time, but there have been dividends. Please advise?

We are checking on this. It could be that the symbol was used by another company in the past and that is why there is missing data.
