Time & Sales Window - Show Title Bar Bug

Hi,

I've noticed this for many versions and has not changed in recent updates.

When you choose not to display the title bar in a T&S Window (because of limited space), it very often still displays the title bar the next time you start up Sierra.

You then have to tick show title bar, press ok, then untick show title bar and press ok to get rid of it.

It gets repetitive and annoying, more so because there is no "Apply" button so you have to reopen the settings window to tick and untick that box.

Is Sierra Engineering aware of this bug ?

There is no bug with this. We cannot reproduce the problem.

If you are noticing a problem , then this definitely is going to be an operating system level issue which we do not have control over. Furthermore, the way this is implemented in Sierra Chart is in such a way to minimize operating system-level problems like this. But apparently it is not helping in this case.

Thanks for the explanation.

I only have one request in this light.

Is there any chance you can add an "Apply" button to the settings screen so I can speed up the time to remedy this manually each day ?

Yes we can but what we think might be triggering this operating system problem is having the Chart Update Interval set too low.

You may want to increase that.
