Different instances of Sierra charts, conflicting charts

Hi,

I have 2 instances of Sierra Chart installed, 1 uses IQfeed data, the other uses my broker feed (CQG) data. This has worked fine for months and SC has been a EXTREMELY reliable platform.

Today when I started both instances, I noticed that the SC instance running CQG data seems to not have filled in today's historical data on the chart from when I shut down yesterday until I opened SC today but the IQfeed instance has. Not only this but the CQG instance seems to be at the wrong price and the studies I have on both instance show different plot points. The candle sticks on the chart show a print at 15:51:09 and then the next candle is at 08:48:00 the following day (Today)

I've tried reloading the data, changing the instrument month and changing it back. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting data. The same issue remains. It seems to be only 1 instrument (F.US.TYAU16) in the workspace, all the others seem to still be tracking the other markets fine.

I've attached the chart with everything still set.

I'm almost sure I've made a mistake somewhere that's caused this as its been running fine for weeks and no changes have been made. I just don't understand what or how to fix it.

Thanks

Looks like I fixed it.

I went to http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/IntradayDataEditor.html - Deleting a Data File

Did those steps, then opened up the chartbook again and it seems to be fixed.

When you notice a problem like this, you just need to follow through this procedure here:

You also might want to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed instead of IQ Feed:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php

It is a good reliable data feed and you will save money. It is also fully integrated with trading services like CQG.
