Hi, I added a usage credit. It shows the credit on my account page but when I try to start Sierra Chart it still tells me my usage time has ended. Please help |

The issue was that a Service Package needed to be activated on your account. We see that you have done this after starting this thread. For reference refer to the documentation here: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Renewing Access Sierra Chart Support |
