Problem with tick data - Replay, symbol NQ

Hi,

I have a problem with tick data in Replay (symbol NQ). Setting is: Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >>Intraday Data Storage Time Unit:1 Tick and I opened Intraday chart in the past. The same setting was yesterday and everything was OK.

The shortest time period (in which price is changed) is 1 minute and it does not matter if the Speed is 10 or 60.

How can I solve it?

Thanks. This instruction has helped:

"To ensure the Intraday chart data file for a symbol has complete tick by tick data, you will need to fully re-download the data in the Intraday charts by going to an Intraday chart for a symbol and selecting Edit >> Delete All Data And Download."
