missing data on evening globex session

I am using AMP/TT and do not have any data since the morning close. I have had this issue 3 times in the last month or so. The data starts from the time I log in but there is nothing from the last 4-5 hours.

We do not see any evidence of a problem, but we reset the connection to the TT server which will make sure there is no missing data.

Right-click on the chart before the missing data and select Delete and Download Data.
