Sierra candles different to TOS

Hi, I am about halfway through my Sierra trial and have so far been unable to make my candles match those on Think or Swim. I have been very happy with the level I get on TOS, but as I live in the UK I am no longer able to get a live feed and so am looking for software that can emulate it. I have gone through every setting that I can find, but the historical candles are still very different looking. Some things I have tried changing are: - timezone: switching between GMT, Universal and Chicago - session times - Continuous Contract: change to Date Rule Rollover none of these seems to get the candles to match I am really impressed with SC's charting and so will be disappointed if I have to look elsewhere, but it is really essential that I should be able to get the candles to match before going ahead and getting a live account. I do not think that this is simply a matter of different data feeds as even the daily and h4 candles are very different. Best, David |

This does not tell us anything useful. Exactly in what way do they not match? Just give us one simple example. The exact way they do not match, is that the candles are different, as I have said. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1471436770627.png Here is a comparative screenshot of ES 2H. You can see that the basic shape is the same, but the candles are actually completely different. |

Here is a chart from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the same period of time which is correct: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1471460127655.png Any differences that you see with the Think or Swim chart compared to this chart would indicate the Think or Swim chart is incorrect or there are differences with the Session Times. After further testing and consideration, the basic problem is that the Session Times are different between the two charts being compared which is affecting the bar starting times. This is especially noticeable when the bars are 120 minutes each.
