Hello support,
I made a full payment of $ 75.95 on 7/11/2016. I am being charged again another 50.75 and yet it's not Aug 11.
It seems like I am getting charged more than once a month, please advise.

To say you are being "charged again" is not correct.

The notice on your account says that the 50.75 is the amount required to renew the services that are set for renewal on your account which includes the Sierra Chart Service Package and Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Each of these services renews at a different time.
