Just want to confirm, I am with Interactive Brokers and want to sign up for service package 3 and run the Full CME group data.
The total cost of running Sierra for me would be 24 USD + 15.75 USD monthly correct?
Also is a 31 MS ping good for this program?
Thank you

If you want to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which is documented here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

The cost of the data feed is 35 USD per month plus exchange fees.

This is in addition to the Sierra Chart service package pricing:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing

However, you do not have to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and can use the data provided by Interactive Brokers but it is recommended to use our data feed.

If you have a 31 milliseconds ping time to one of our servers that is very good.

The problem is you did not activate any exchanges.

You need to do that here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures

Until that is done, no data will come from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed when using Interactive Brokers.

I activated the $5 trial for the data what's the point if I have to activate the exchange anyway for $15.75?

The exchange fee is free until the end of the month. Looks like you already figured that out. We can see that you did activate it.
