I have multiple unmatched fills in my Trades tab, which I believe are effecting the accuracy of the Trade Statistics. I have searched the support boards and the Help contents to find a solution, but am short of an answer. I have gone back to the time on the charts of the related Entry Date Time of the unmatched fills and Deleted downloaded data. I also have disconnected/ reconnected data to see if that fixed it . Neither worked. I am hesitant to clear the log until I know that is the last resort, and am still uncertain if that will rectify the problem. I do not understand how to edit them, if that is an option, because I do not see the corresponding trades in the Trade Activity tab. Near the time listed for the unmatched fill, in the Trade Activity tab, I see "T4 historical fills data(Restored)" under the OrderActionSource column. However i have many more of those than I have unmatched fills. What should my next step be?

We recommend clearing the Trade Activity Log for the symbol where you have unmatched fills. Follow these instructions:

I cleared the data for old NQ fills, and disconnected/reconnected as per the instructions in the link provided. After I did this, in the drop down for All Symbols, I do not see any NQ fills listed, nor do they show up if I select All Symbols. How do I get that data back? My number of days to save in Trade activity log is 90 days, and the cleared data was from approximately 60 days ago. My understanding was once I cleared the data log, it would reload the data upon reconnect to T4 CTS

Just to be clear. I understand I cleared the log and deleted the data for the NQ fills. In the Symbol box at the top, what I referred to as the All Symbols drop down, there is NO symbol listing for NQ anymore. I thought when I cleared this data, and logged back in to the server, then it would reload the last 90 days of fills. How do I get the NQ symbol back in the Symbol box? How to I get the Trade Activity Log to retrieve that data again?

Step 7 of your instructions:
If you have cleared Non-Simulated (Live) Trade Activity, then you may want to disconnect from the trade server by selecting File >> Disconnect and reconnect by selecting File >> Connect to Data Feed. By reconnecting to the server, all of the available Non-Simulated (Live) order fills on the server will be re-downloaded and inserted into the Trade Activity Log if they currently are not there.

This is Non-Simulated data from CTS sim server. The records of these fills are still there. (I confirmed that by logging into the CTS site, and double checked with CTS support)

How do I get it re-inserted into the trade Activity Log? Thank You

The T4 system has at most 1 day of historical fill data. Not any more. It's not accessible. This we know.

The instructions we provided, was to start from a clean state with order fill data. However, you would get up to 1 day of fills from the server.

This I know. I can go to the CTS website and pull up a history of fills by month and day. Sim or live. Current day, previous day, week ago, month ago. Much more than one day of historical fill data.

So if I am trying to keep a cumulative record, and I get a current unmatched fill, my only recourse is to clear all the data and start over? As per your instructions?
