When I opened Sierra Charts this afternoon I had a message to upgrade to Version 1448 so I may have Historical Intraday Data with my Rithmic service. After I had completed the download I went to open my charts. They opened but one of my studies did not open. I received a message in the log: Failed to get Custom Study function address for scsf_RSITS in SierraChartStudies.dll Error: Windows error code 127: The specified procefure could not be found. I did not have this problem with the old version on Friday. I restarted and reloaded the version with the same error message. The custom study I use is the RSI-TS Can you help me resolve this please Thanks |

We have renamed this function. Remove the RSI-TS study from your charts. And Add it again. That will solve the problem. We apologize for this. This was unexpected.
