New Instance Failure

I tried to create a new instance and received the following message: "Your Current Service Package Does Not Support This Function". I am using Service Package 3. Is that not good enough? My broker/data is AMP/CQG.

I am noticing a new trend where features are being disabled and require a "direct account". If you are going to offer access to package 3 via broker accounts, then it should be the full package 3.

We cannot go into details on this. But the general answer is the brokers do not want to pay the extra cost.

If you want the full capabilities you need you need to pay the standard price just like all the other users who pay directly for Sierra Chart. This is only general fairness.

I would happily pay the difference/extra to upgrade from the broker version to the full package 3 if there were an option to do that.
