Hi,

I have .wav sound files setup for Filled, Target, and Stop orders in the Dom. Most of the time, the .wav file sounds off two or more times, instead of once. Is there a way to correct this, for them to sound only once?

Thanks

If there are multiple fills per order, there will be multiple sounds. One for each individual fill. Unless that was changed. We would have to check on that.

Also you can control how many times an Alert Sound is played every time an Alert Number is triggered. It should be set to 1. This is done through Global Settings >> General Settings.

Yes, I have them set to 1 in Global Settings >> General Settings.

I'm trading 3 contracts per trade. In Orders and Positions it says quantity 3 on fills, but maybe the contracts are getting filled individually.

Please let me know if it's one for each individual fill or if they changed that, after you have a chance to check that out.

Thanks

Yes if the orders are getting filled with three individual fills, that would be three separate alerts.

We checked how this works and each fill will get an alert.

Ok, that's good to know. Maybe that's good thing too, to let me know how I'm getting filled.

Thank you for your help.
