I hav 2 accounts with IB
would like a trade window for both of them
Is this possible?
and if so how is this accomplished?

If both of these accounts are on the same Interactive Brokers username or main account, then they will both be listed on the Trade Window and you can select either one. Here are instructions:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

Internally the way that this is managed is rather complicated because of limitations with Trader Workstation but it does work.

Yes this is possible. Just install another copy of Sierra Chart:
