Hello:

When I duplicate a chart the values of moving averages inexplicably change to 6 digit numbers divided by semicolons. e.g. I have 200ma at 106.44 but in the duplicate it turns into 14:33:45. and only on some. like 20ma would keep its value while 100ma and 200ma would turn into this strange number which has nothing to do with the actual value of the subgraph. I use same exact settings and checked everything. I have 6 screens with about 40 charts and cannot afford to build each and every chart every time I have to change something. I love using templates which in your case is achieved with chart duplicates. is this a bug or am I doing something wrong. never had this problem before. I used esignal and realtick last 5 years but I like the functionality and price of sierra.

thank you.

here is a link with the image if this might help: http://screencast.com/t/kUEAh2mxg

Could you send us your Chartbook to support AT Sierra Chart.com so we can test this. The Chartbook is located in the   C:\SierraChart\Data folder and will have a CHT extension.

We have been hearing some reports of problems indirectly related to this, and we are not sure why this is happening.

For now what you need to do is go into the Study Settings window for the affected study and set the Value Format as it should be. And let us know what it is set to now.
