Refer to the documentation here about this:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ReplayChart.html#AllChartsInChartbook

You can adjust the chart settings through Chart >> Chart Settings.

I did everything right as is on the link. I checked replay data on all charts in the same time to be sure. Problem is in the version of sierra not in me because on older version is everything good. I replay data, i jump 10 hours back and forward and chart no. 6 replay the data correctly, the data did not dissappear in older version only the newest version. So there is a bug in newest version.

Did you check the Days to Load setting in Chart >> Chart Settings for the chart you are having a problem with, as is documented?

Yes i did ... all charts (TF 2 min) have the same settings (days to load: 180). I sent twice send for analysis in message log window when there was problem.

There is unlikely to be a genuine bug in the newer versions. The only explanation is that the data being loaded during the initial replay does not actually exist in the chart based upon the Chart Settings for the chart.

Refer to section 7.3 here to make sure the Session Times cover the full 24 hours:

. all charts (TF 2 min) have the same settings (days to load: 180).
But the chart you are referring to is a 1 second chart. That also needs to have the Days to Load set to a value which is far enough back based upon the date you are starting the replay at.

and when i load my chartbook in older version and replay the charts everything was right but when i open the same chartbook in newest version and replay the charts the one second chart was frozen - no data, no chance to set anything in that chart or window with chart only one way is close that window and open new one. Please look at the picture in first comment, that window is frozen i cant do anything in that windo when was chart with 1 sec TF

Go to that chart and select Chart >> Replay Chart. Press the Stop button. That will solve the problem. You do not need to close that chart window.

What is the Days to Load setting for the 1 second chart? It would seem hard to believe you have set that to 180 days. That is an insane setting with a 1 second chart.

And what is the Date and Time you are starting the replay at?

now i have instaled older version and its working, i pressed the stop button (see in picture) and that wasnt work. The other charts was still running when i pressed play and stop when i pressed pause, and load to present when i pressed stop button only one second chart do nothing. I start to replay data and when other charts still loading data in replay the 1 sec chart freeze durring the loading, all charts have day to load 180 days but when i set only 15 days the problem is the same and problem starts in any historical day - one day ago or 15 or 60 or 160 ... still one sec chart freez ... yeah 180 days to load is just a little insane but in older version the data works correctly ... i papertrading with this chartbook from february and everything was good ... i install still newest and newest version and problem starts two months ago so 3 months was good for my papertrading when i used replay data

We realize now that this would not work but we will solve this in the next release.

We cannot duplicate the issue you are describing and there are no known changes made which would cause this.

We will need to get your Chartbook to test this. Attach it here following these instructions:

We simply encountered no problem testing your Chartbook. We replayed the #2 chart on 2016-07-20 and used For All Charts in Chartbook.

The 1 second chart is replaying just fine:
http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1469354761724.png

We did reduce the Days to Load in all of the charts to 10 but in the 1 second chart we increased it back to 120 and still no problem.

We would not have expected to encounter a problem either. Try decreasing the Days to Load in all of your charts to 10 and do the replay again. It simply makes no sense that there would be a problem
