Error downloading custom studies

Newbie again with issues. I wish I could email someone directly and get help as I am on a trial and feel like I am out in the cold. Or call someone??

I cannot get custom indicators to load. This is the error I receive: Error loading custom studies DLL: C:\SierraChart\Data\futuresfx-sc.dll. Windows Windows error code 126: The specified module could not be found. | 2013-07-17 14:00:52

An issue like this is not something we can provide rapid support for or help over the phone with.

It has to do with a third-party study. We know the provider of this study and we will contact them about it.

When you make a posting here on the support board, you are not out in the cold, and you have the most qualified engineers helping you.

I must say that the engineering staff is quite efficient. Thanks for all your help and support and it is nice to know I am not in the cold :)

Please restart Sierra Chart . The error message you are getting should not occur and you will now see the custom studies you are authorized for.

You will find the custom studies listed under Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study.

Also, there are error messages about this file: Trade29.dll. You need to communicate with whoever has given you a Chartbook that references this custom studies file, and asked them for that DLL.
