Hi,

I haven't installed a new version since 1309 cause it was totally stable for me with all my programmed studies.
I wanted now to test the latest SC version but it seems you made a downloader installer and there are no current full builds.
This is a huge problem cause I have 10 installed instances, and every time I update SC I download an installer and I have an auto script that does all the work.
Now it seems I need to run this installer 10 times... choose each folder (10 times)... it will download the needed same files (10 times)... and will close after each installer (10 times)... which I need to run again (yes, 10 times).

I understand the benefits of such a tool, but please add support to select multiple installation folders cause this is a pain.
And if a build gives me problems? this process will start all over just to get a previous build version... 10 times :-\

That's way too much babysitting.

You will need to write a command line batch file that copies the Sierra Chart executable files from one installation to your other 9 installations.

These are the folders and files that you will need to copy:
ACS_Source
Graphics
NPP
Rim

icudt52.dll
icuin52.dll
icuuc52.dll
Qt5Core.dll
SierraChart.exe
SierraChartStudies.dll
SpreadsheetFileConverter.exe

When using the new File >> New Instance feature, those instances are updated automatically by Sierra Chart. Refer to:
Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server: Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance

Also the new installer has command line parameters to specify the installation folder and auto start the installation. We will try to get these documented soon.
