1. why symbol Z-IND-ICEEU-GBP chart looks different on IB chart and Sierra?
2. why can not open chart for SMI-IND-SOFFEX-CHF?
PS. please make sure that we can use delayed data from IB for any products.

1. How are we supposed to answer this question? You did not even provide us any screen images or description as to the differences.

2. Once again we do not have sufficient information to answer this question. Also, Interactive Brokers would know best about this. Anyway, provide us the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

You need to rely on Interactive Brokers in regards to helping you with delayed data. We cannot help with that. Also, delayed data is not really going to work properly because of how time stamping works with TWS. So therefore we do not see how it would ever work. It is pointless to look for a solution from us. We cannot help with this.

2. looks like Z-IND-ICEEU-GBP on SC looks the same like here: http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/prices-and-markets/stocks/indices/summary/summary-indices-chart.html?index=UKX, probably this is IB issue.

PS. will start use SC index data, just find out that $SPX symbol works when connected with IB, does SC have also historical data for SMI?

1. We realize now that this data comes from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service and the data is accurate as you confirmed from the London stock exchange site.

2. We realize the problem for SMI-IND-SOFFEX-CHF has to do with a symbol parsing limitation for InteractiveBrokers index symbols used in Sierra Chart. This will be fixed in the next release.
