Children for bracket orders

I thought I set up a bracket order with a limit for the first two contracts and a limit for the third contract; 3 contracts at stop. The buy/sell shows three contracts, but the children are zero. I "set" the targets, but the contract for the children keeps coming up to zero. I am sure there is a way to have the "2" and "1" contract children populate. What am I missing. The Children will be 0 until the parents are filled.

This is correct, the child orders will have a quantity of 0 until the parent order fills and they become active.
