Hello,
Could you please advise whom do I have to talk to (my broker or data feed provider) as I'm constantly receiving this message (in my message log):

I suspect it is causing a problem as I was unable to cancel a limit order, which eventually got executed and I needed to flatten it. Unfortunatelly I don't have message log saved from yesterday as my computer rebooted last night. If there is a way to retrive a message log data from previous day please advise.

Yes, that definitely is a problem.

No there is not a way to retrieve a Message Log From a previous Sierra Chart session unless you have Global Settings >> General Settings >>Save Message Log to File enabled.

Can a Trade Activity Log be of any help in dealing with the issue? Because it has indication of the same probelm e.g. <Order  2016-07-14 08:35:08.780  F.US.CLEQ16  Order cancellation failed | Still awaiting acknowledgment of new order. Unable to cancel order  9208    Limit  1  Sell  45.45    Order Sent      92787  Open>, I can email it to the SC support.

We will then let CQG know about this. It looks as though there is a connectivity problem to the CQG server. There is nothing we can do about this ourselves. CQG may not be able to help with this either if this is a connectivity problem on your side.
