Problem with scanning in versions 1427 to 1444

It has come to our attention that there is a problem with scanning both Historical Daily and Intraday charts in versions 1427 to 1444. This is now resolved in 1445. Scanning would not run at the regular rate and instead run extremely fast. Also when scanning historical daily charts, this would result in an endless loop. There would be also no evaluation of alert signals. This is now all resolved. This issue arose when we were solving a problem for one developer where the cached chart data was not being loaded immediately upon a load of the chart data. What this has taught us is we cannot be as accommodating to requests that come up even if there are changes we make which cause problems with nonstandard use of ACSIL.
