Evaluate On Bar Close not working

I'm not sure when this stopped working correctly, however if I enable a study alert to Evaluate On Bar Close, it still will alert in the middle of the candle. Please advise. |

...Nevermind. I happened to have another alert set on the same pair but different chart that did not have the Evaluate On Bar Close enabled. That is what was giving me my false positive. |
