We have now looked into this. In this chart:

When the volume starts to increase after 12 PM, that is inaccurate. The volume previous to that is from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service which does have accurate volume. The reason for the volume increase most likely has to do with Simulate Trades to Match Daily Volume:

This is enabled for TD Ameritrade because it is necessary in our experience. So we do not know how to help with this. Other than recommend that you use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for data and you will not have this problem. Refer to:

We simply cannot help with the TD Ameritrade data feed and we will not because as soon as we start messing around with it, we are going to create another problem.
