Bug? When Chart DOM present 2nds lower region scale & move locked

Not sure if this is a bug. But can;t adjust the second region without first shutting down Chart DOM.

So you cannot move Chart Region 2 when the Chart DOM is on? Left click and drag in the column where the numbers are present for the scale for Chart Region 1. So you will still left click in the same vertical position but horizontally further to the right. So this will be further to the right.
