SC historical data for stocks problem

Hello, I have the package 5 (my broker is AMP). Also, I have set the "SC data - All Services package" at the data/trade connections. However when I try to open the historical STOCK chart ( through Find Symbol I put to the selected symbol "AEE" and click on open historical chart), it´s not working. I see only white background without bars. How can I fix the problem, please? Many Thanks |
