Hi I'm able to connect and start SC but when I try to download a continuous contract I'm getting the following error for symbol settings

Restart Sierra Chart and uncheck Use Proxy Server on the Login window.

If you need to use the proxy server, the proxy server must support TLS version 1.2.

Thanks for your reply. I unchecked Proxy Server and looks like its connecting now.
But I might be connecting to the wrong service. I'm running v.1443 and the only SC data services that I see are "SC Data - All Services" and "SC Forex data FXCM"

I'm trying to connect to what used to be "SC Historical Data". Could you please point me in the right direction. My apologies if its been covered elsewhere. I'm getting the error below

The Continuous Contract option is not enabled for that chart. Follow the step-by-step instructions here:

Oops ! my apologies... I tried so many different variations since yesterday that I forgot to turn that one when I opened a new chart this morning.
