data issue for eurex??

hey guys

any reports of data issue for eurex - dax etc??

seems to have frozen at times and bar timer seems out of whack with real time.

for example - real time showing 946am (germany) hourly chart showing 25m left till end of bar?

tried a screen shot but it wouldn't include clock i put onto screen.

My EUREX feeds are showing extremely light volume ??? Something is odd with feed, exchange or the market ??

seems as though things may have come back to normal( possible), but definitely was some sort of glitch just now

ok volume is picking up now.

There is still a problem with the Bund Best Bid Offer prices, but that's not critical for me

Since my Bund feed is still wrong [with a feed problem similar to one confirmed by Sierra in the past] my guess is a BarChart feed problem ....cant be sure though ??

The problem is now resolved and we have communicated to Barchart the seriousness of these ongoing issues with EUREX.

I didn't know there has been an issue with EUREX.

We do not know what the underlying problem was other than it appeared to be a Barchart server problem.

They said they made some change which should resolve it.
