Hello, this morning I logged in and the data service has been updating perfectly according to my TT DOM but from 8:20 onwards London time the real time data feed is being delayed and very slow... Thank you |

We do see evidence of the problem earlier. The data feed is OK now. We are going to report the problem to Barchart who is the provider of the EUREX data feed.

The problem is now resolved and we have communicated to Barchart, the EUREX data feed provider that they need to permanently solve this problem.
