I don't know why this is doing this, but the actual printed candles are slightly off from where price actually traded. Tick size is right for the spread (0.01) and I don't quite understand what other parameters SC uses for this. Volume at Price Mult is set to 1.

Be very specific about the particular Date and Time and the price which is not correct. This is not clear for us.

Just pull up that spread and check any level or price against the actual charted candles. It's not that the prices are wrong it's that the candles are all offset from where prices actually traded.

As an example, it's impossible to place a horizontal line at the end of any candle body or wick because the candles are being plotted "between" ticks.

We are contacting Barchart about this. If the Tick Size is supposed to .01, clearly there is something wrong with the data.

When I check the actual prices using the data tool they look right though. So why wouldn't they just plot on the levels that the chart has? Is there an internal more precise price that I don't see?

Contract spec shows 0.01 as tick increment.

When you set the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Price Display Format to .0001 and uncheck the Auto Set from Data Feed option you will see an additional two nonzero digits.

We have contacted Barchart about this.

Kind of wondering if Barchart is right and ICE might be wrong here (which would be weird). Here's their actual data:

https://www.theice.com/products/3545365/Low-Sulphur-Gasoil-Brent-Futures-Crack/data

but the spec says:

TRADING PRICE QUOTATION
One cent ($0.01) per barrel
SETTLEMENT PRICE QUOTATION
One cent ($0.01) per barrel
MINIMUM PRICE FLUCTUATION
One cent ($0.01) per barrel

For the December (Z) crack, my eSignal feed shows a last of 9.16, so they're following the exchange spec, Barchart's webpage shows 9.16, and ICE shows a last of 9.165. I have a feeling the exchange might be sending more precise data for this than what they actual advertise it should be, which is strange. (edit: removed IB reference because I can't verify what theirs is until the market reopens).

It's also a slightly different pricing formula than the other 1:1 cracks, as the exchange price is calculated as (GASOIL / 7.45 - BRENT) and I'm wondering if that's where some of this is coming from.

Yes this could be. We are still waiting to hear from Barchart about this.
