I updated my Sierra Charts over the weekend and now it won't connect to the data services. I have a Gain futures feed. I was wondering whether there was a lifetime license? Oh right - I meant LMAX Exchange free data to supplement my Gain Capital Futures feed - so can I use that instead of paying both Sierra and Gain. Also you didn't give me any support for the fact that since I updated my Sierra, I can't connect to anything. Please would you help with that???

That is not very helpful. I was told that as well as paying for data from Gain Capital futures - I also have to pay Sierra Charts for package 5 to "backfill data" - that is why I was asking about LMAX to see whether I can save myself paying the package 5 fees - please will you confirm that?
