cannot open mini dax feed with SC real time and historical exchange data feed

Hello,

I just purchased 1 access to SC real time and historical exchange data feed plus a second one. I also activated the eurex with market depth exchange feed.

When I try to open the mini dax symbol on a graph, the prices don't move. And on a dom, there is no price displayed.
I have my SC account on 2 computers. When one receive the mini dax data feed, it dosen't work on the second.

The error message displayed on the dom is: "symbol is unknown".
