Current package doesnt support DTC??

For the first time today when trying to connect with SC subinstance to SC DTC server I get the message: your current package doesnt support this function. I´m on AMP package 3, is DTC not supported from today on? I also have a package 1 subscription, will DTC still be working with this?

I'm having the same issue for the first time ever today. Seems to be an error somewhere with it being the first of the month. I'm on AMP, package 5.
