Trial real-time data connection failure

Hello.
I'm trying to activate trial real-time data connection. I did pay 5 usd, resign all agreements, restart Sierra Chart several times (even reinstall it)...
I have no idea what to do next. Could you help me please.

Unable to do it as well.

Here is the warning message.
• Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange.
• To enable the exchange at least one Real-time data connection account is required.

I was closer to success this time. I was suggested to confirm the activation. But then warning message appeared.

Action Result:

• Error Activating 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' on account #1 on the Barchart system.
• Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange.

However, to receive data from it, the CME requires that you are connected to a live trading account. We do not currently see this is the case.
