Hi guys

I am on AMP package 3, I have run two instances of Sierra to have it on two monitors, now I am getting error saying DTC is not enabled on my package?

How am I able to have Sierra on two monitors with package 3 using the same data feed with single login?

Kind regards

Baldur

This seems to be popping up under multiple posts, so I'm replying on here as well. I have AMP Package 5, they couldn't figure it out on there end. My main page and data feed are fine, but the 2 sub instances I have aren't connecting since logging on this AM for the first time since I set it up. Within the Sub-Instance, I went to the DTS and the service dropdown box is now greyed out saying not enabled on package. I really like how everything has been working on the Sub-Instances and I have no idea how to accomplish what I'm doing with 3 monitors otherwise. Any help would be appreciated!

Regards,

Matt

It worked with the AMP account until yesterday. So does this mean from today on DTC function is not available anymore with SC AMP package 3?

So it seems like I will be able to login Sierra with my direct account login, and then simply use the CQG settings supplied from AMP for DTS? And I'll be back to normal? Or are you saying I need to be a separate fee to Sierra in order to make this happen?

Yes this is correct.

And this is correct as well:
Or are you saying I need to be a separate fee to Sierra in order to make this happen?

A heads up on this would have been appreciated... Once I cancel Sierra through AMP, make payment to Sierra for Package 5, how do I go about pairing my AMP supplied CQG credentials with my Sierra login. This was done for me by AMP, so any direction would be helpful.

that's cool, I understand... don't take it wrong way, was just more of a future reference to email the users effected or something that it's coming... thanks for at least helping resolve the issue. I'm very happy with the multiple instance setup, and I'd like to keep it that way.
