Platform taking long to open

Hi Support , I am running the latest version however my platform is taking about 5 minutes for charts too open . I get waiting to download... Can you advise what I can check please.

We need to understand the problem better.

Is it taking a long time for the historical chart data to download because you see "waiting to download" or is the user interface of Sierra Chart in a frozen state and cannot be interacted with at times?

I open Sierra and wait for Connection, green in top left. I then open my Chartbook. After opening Chartbook I get a black screen and says loading but takes unusually long sometimes 5 minutes. If I click anywhere platform will say "not responding"after a few minutes charts will load.

Therefore the problem is a high CPU usage condition.

For the time being avoid using your existing Chartbook because there is a problem with its configuration causing high CPU usage. You should not have to wait a few minutes. That is not normal.
