contract closing problem

Dear SC Support,
I was trading intraday futures via SC with IB without problem but now I am facing the problem with closing the opened contract. I am able to enter order (buy/sell) without problem but when I enter opposite order I got in SC "S/Mkt/ORDER SENT/" without any effect - contract remains opened. Even attached orders (stop/profit target) do not work.I am forced to close the contract directly from IB TWS. I have last SC version 996 and no settings were changed. Please advise where can be problem.

Is there any message added to Trade >> Trade Service Log at the time you submit the order?

Make sure the Orders Account and Positions Account are set properly in Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings.

Data/Trade Service Settings is filled up according to SC recommendation for connection to IB. Positions Account - number of my account. Orders Account is empty.

This is a message from Interactive Brokers. You need to to increase the Total Value Limit in the Precautionary Settings in Trader Workstation. For further help, please contact Interactive Brokers.
