trial and fxcm real account

Hi, I have a Sierra account with AMP and i just opened a new account with 15 days free trial to be able to trade with my fxcm real account. I use FXCM FIX data trade service settings ' FXCM gave me all credentials. I try to place an order in live mode (not in trade simulation mode) and a window opened which written : account is not in poll. Skyp request for acct null. Where the problem is coming from ? Is my new account not activated ? |

This looks like an error from FXCM. We need to see the exact error message. Select Trade >> Trade Service Log. Select the line where you see this error message. Press Copy Selection.
