Historical Pullback Data Setting when on Package 3

Hi, I am trialling an indicator that makes use of historical pullback data. However my setting (within Chart Settings - Advanced) is greyed out and I have no ability to turn this on. Can you confirm whether you need Package 5 in order for this to be turned on ? I have already ensured I am on the tick by tick configuration (setting 1 tick). Thanks |

Currently that feature requires service package 5. In the next release of Sierra Chart coming out in a few days, this restriction will be removed. Hello. I updated to the prerelease today. The restriction is lifted (ie the box is no longer greyed out) but the choice does not stick. Ie if I try and choose "Reset and Accumulate on New or Touch High/Low" it does not accept this choice and reverts back to "None". Could you please fix this. Thanks |
