Using Gain Capital data, the KC chart won't show me the gap down this morning. I've deleted and dloaded all data, I've reset symbol settings and restarted the software. Is this still something on my end? Symbol KC-MU6

We need to understand this better. This is what we see:

For example, is there missing data?

Provide an image of the chart showing the bars near the open, by following these instructions:

Actually, we think we know what the problem could be.

Is your Gain Capital account authorized for ICE US data?

Ok I'm updated and it still doesn't show the gap from 1.4290 yesterday in Sept contract and the other platforms, IB and TOS have it.

It is not clear to us what the problem is.

Provide an image of the chart showing the bars near the open where you would expect to see the gap, by following these instructions:

The reason you do not see the gap is because you are using a back adjusted continuous futures contract chart.

Do not use one of the back adjusted rollover options:

You may also want to set the Continuous Contract option to None.
