Hi All, you helped me yesterday on this. My ISP is Charter Communications and I am having the same connection issue again. I was able to sign in this morning and was disconnected again. It will connect for 5-10 minutes and disconnect and stay that way for 5-10 minutes....going back and forth. You mentioned yesterday that you were coming out with an new update because Rithmic gave you new information to use. Please keep me posted on any fixes or info from rithmic. I will send my log again so you have it
