Displayed bid / ask volumes in chart DOM ( V996 ) only changing when a trade is executed. Would like the volume to be updated in real time to align with TransActAT platform DOM. Recall that it is possible on Sierra to have bid / ask DOM volumes refresh as they change but not able to locate instruction as to activation method. Please advise. |

If you are on the latest Sierra Chart version, you will notice a TransAct icon in your system tray on your Windows taskbar. Right-click that to bring up the bridge interface window. You will need to uncheck the option to send ticks only. After that reconnect in Sierra Chart by selecting File >> Disconnect and then Connect to Data Feed.

Many thanks for prompt reply. Problem solved. Suggest you add this info to DOM section of Help Manual. I looked but was not able to locate. |
