How can I disable the trade quantity change option in chart region line 1? I often hit it by accident.

Thanks, please consider allowing this to be disabled, it is unnecessary with the same option in the trade window, and an inconvenience and risk when hit by accident.

As you are already aware, even when you click that quantity number you still have to manually change the quantity and press OK to actually change it.
