Hello, ich make screenshots with an external programm. The dataname is the name where I have created, to find my screenshots fast and save in several folders. Since Version 966 it is not possible to make screenshot anymore with an external programm. Your possibility to make a screenshot: it is not possible to change the folder(s), not possible to create the name for example USD/CHF 23 15min name of system where work.... etc. Why it is not possible? It was possible all the time. |

It makes no technical sense at all that any program including Sierra Chart can prevent an external program from taking an image of it. Therefore, the problem must be on your system. Try restarting your system.
