I have a customer who is seeing a tick value that seems to be incorrect within the Sierra Charts platform see screenshot for reference. It seems to be showing 1000 yen per tick versus 500 yen per tick.

This has been corrected. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings You will then need to select Edit >> Refresh Log on the Trade Activity Log window to correct the values there.
