SC :

I have noticed on Sunday evening 6/19/16 at 18:00 Eastern time when the NQ, in this example, opens if there is a gap up like today then the renko charts incorrectly record todays globex low at the prior days last candle high, in this example, while the real low should be at the first print at the globex open. Here is an example. Note the gold diamond horiztonal line is the high/low for session based upon the 18:00 ET open time. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1466448867568.png It is incorrectly being recorded as 4364.00 The correct value should be 4383.00 for the NQ since that is the open print after the gap up for the NQ for Sunday evening 18:00. This only seems to be happening for the Renko charts when there is a gap open. It is most noticeable when that gap does not get filled during the session; but, it is always there when there is a gap and a renko chart is used. The example i posted above is an 8 renko chart with wicks as you can see. Please correct this as soon as possible. Here are two examples of what I am speaking about above. This first chart shows the 8 Range chart showing the correct gap down from the globex close of NQ 4408.25 . http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1466461151883.png However, this second chart is another example of how the NQ gapped down from the globex close of 4408.75 to the globex open of 4398.50 and instead of showing the gap down like the 8 Range chart correctly does, the 8 Renko chart shows all candles in the gap like there were trades happening there instead of
the gap. Here is another example of an incorrect 8 Renko chart. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1466461357450.png Note how the chart
is incorrect since it is not showing the gap but instead it is showing renko candles as if there were trades made there instead of a gap down.

Hopefully you can fix this as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance and good trading to you.
