High CPU bug when using volume by price w/ visible bars on a chart without volume

Easy repro: $SPX weekly chart (w/ 5000 days) + VbP (w/ use visible bars), zoom in and out on the chart. Remove VbP study and massive slowness stops. Now before you say "why would you want to use VbP if you don't have volume" - I don't, it's just a default chart setting and hence how I even came across the issue in the first place. Aside from that, there's an obvious performance bug here. |

This will be solved in the next release and we are also going to do some optimization in the Volume at Price container to improve performance further.
