Have Subscribed to Sierra Real-Time Data Connections for the 14day trial. It said barchart account is created. There was no mention of this in the documentation anywhere!!!..signed the agreement. Restarted sierra. Now how do I connect? Where are the instructions on this. Do I use existing Sierra login with Barchart dropdown? Tried both Sierra and Barchart dropdowns , none of them connect?

Instructions are poor on this

The instructions are all right here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions

Let us know specifically at what step you have a problem. Do not use the "Barchart Data Service". The instructions do not say that.

You also did not activate any exchanges as the instructions explain.

The instructions are not poor. They are 100 percent precise.

And there was no mention of specifically what in the documentation?

so this trial option "The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed offers a two-week trial for 5 USD" does not include exchange data?

When I signed up for this trial , why is there no mention saying data is provided by barchart and an account is created there?

You have to separately activate the exchanges. This is what the documentation explains. Some of the exchanges offer a trial. All of this is explained at step 8:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions

When I signed up for this trial , why is there no mention saying data is provided by barchart and an account is created there?
When you activate the data feed, it does say an account is created on the Barchart system.

There is also information about this at the end of this section:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions

But why is this important?

We need to make a correction. When you activate the data feed, there is not a message to the user indicating that the account is created on the Barchart system. It is something that we see but users do not see that.
