I am not receiving historical data on my intraday chart. I have downloaded the newest version of Sierra but it still will not include historical data.

Yes. It was activated today around 9:35am eastern.

Problem fixed. I had to change date range to load in chart settings.

You would have needed to reconnect to the data feed after the activation of the exchange and re-download the data in the chart to make sure you have all the data. To re-download the data select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
